My favourite face products that I don't use often but really really love. I'm not a fan of face make-up but these feel really light on the skin! I don't really like liquid foundation even though I have a MAC one and I find that it runs much more easily as compared to these two.
Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer in Sand
Maybelline's Watergel BB Cream in Medium Beige (it's a bit light for my skin now though)
The only loose powder that I use... because the rest simply cannot compare! I got myself Laura Mercier's Translucent Powder with a fan brush but I haven't tried it yet :/
Revlon Colorstay Aqua Loose Powder in Light Medium
And on days/nights where I have to set my face make up, I would use this because it feels a lot more hydrating as compared to normal translucent powders. Bought this at BKK Airport's Duty Free Store!
My favourite under-eye concealer and the only one I've tried so far.. definitely going to stock up on this soon! I've been using it daily because my undereye circles are that bad and they cover them up nicely without fading throughout the day.
Laura Mercier's Undereye Concealer in No. 3
I usually use a light brown eyebrow pencil followed by eyebrow mascara to further lighten my brows because my hair colour is really light!
Etude House's Eyebrow Pencil in Shade 3
Really good quality for it's price! It was only $5.90 I think?
KATE Eyebrow Mascara (Dark Blonde)
I'm not a fan of powdery eyeshadows because they seem to look cakey so I got myself gel eyeshadows which I've been using as bright eyeliner colours for summer! I use an Ecotool angled eyeliner brush with these and they last all day/night.
Maybelline's Colour Tattoo in Edgy Emerald, Turquoise Forever and Bold Gold
Loreal's Super Liner in Black
My next favourite eyeliner next to the K-Palette one because it absolutely does not smudge! I can go to the gym with this and it can still look perfect after an intense 1-hour run. I've tried running outdoors with this as well and it really lasts all day! When it dries, it dries hard so it will not smudge and instead leave dry tiny black flakes which are easily removable as compared to smudges! The only downside is that the tip isn't super precise so if I can't get my wing eyeliner to be sharp enough I'd use my K-Palette pen eyeliner :)
K-Palette 24-Hour Eyeliner
Need I say more? Been recommending this since forever... I've been using this for the past 2 years, lol!
Maybelline's 36-Hour Gel Eyeliner in Brown
I've been using this for quite a while and it really lives up to it's name. Only downside is that it smudges a little after 8 hours or so.. other than that it's really good though! It's really creamy, waterproof, and the colour is of a really nice natural brown. I'm sure it can last up to 36 hours but you'll probably have to wipe your under-eye area quite often, haha!
My 2 favourite drug-store mascaras! I don't like to use high-end brands for mascara because they have to be disposed of almost every month or so anyway to prevent eye infections from the mascara brush harboring bacteria! They are really, really good BTW. Comparable to Lancome's Hypnose Drama IMO.
Maybelline's The Falsies Volum Express
Loreal's Lash Architect 4D
The only 2 blushes I ever use.. I don't use them on a daily basis but only when I apply face make up so it brings some life back into my face, haha! I apply the cream blush first then the powder blush so that the powder blush has something to "hold" on to and will last longer throughout the day :)
SHEENE's Choco Blush. (Bought mine from Clementi's BHG)Smells really good BTW and the texture is smth like a bouncy mousse?
NARS Powder Blush in Deep Throat
Got my 1st NARS blush at BKK's DFS and really like it, haha. It shows up really nicely on my skin! I'm not a fan of blushes but this colour really makes my cheeks look like it has natural glow.
I'm a huge fan of red lipsticks and I have tonnes, but I don't wear them on a daily basis. This is what I wear if I'm heading for a night out or I'm just meeting my friends because this is a lot more wearable with minimal touch-ups! If I were to wear a red lipstick, I would wear it underneath this because it seals the colour in really well.
Loreal Shine Caresse Lip Tint in Coral Red
That's mostly all I have to share about my favourite make-up products that I've been using for quite a while/recently.
For my day-to-day make-up for school, I'd use mainly moisturizer, under-eye concealer, eyebrow pencil and brow mascara, liquid eyeliner/gel eyeliner.
For clubbing, I'd use the same routine as I do for school except that I use Maybelline's Colour Tattoo to brighten up my eyes by lining it above my winged eyeliner and sometimes if I manage to remember then I'll use the Lip Tint.
For a girl's day out/date, I'd use moisturizer, Laura Mercier's hydrating primer, tinted moisturizer/bb cream, under-eye concealer, liquid eyeliner, mascara, cream brush, powder blush, lip tint!
FYI: I have really dry skin that's why most of the products are deeply hydrating! If you have acne-prone skin/oily skin, Laura Mercier has an oil-free range for you ^_^ If you've any questions about any of the products you can leave a comment on my Ask.FM box! I'm an eyeliner junkie so if you know of any really good waterproof eyeliners (preferably drug-store of course because I use it daily and it's expensive if I keep stocking up like crazy) do recommend some to me hehe. I'd love to try Urban Decay's 24/7 though... if it sucks I'm not going to try anymore pencil eyeliners lol!!! It's the best in the market for pencil eyeliners or so I've heard ;)
